Testimonials

"I am a former national team player and I sent my 8 year old grandson, who is a beginner, to International Soccer Camp for one week but he did not want to leave so he stayed for the second week. Now after two years he is starting forward for his local club team. We will definitely be going back every year."

Josef - Former Lebanese National Team Player

"Thank you for running such an excellent, well run soccer program. I was able to watch my son scrimmage today and can already see a vast improvement in his skills. He loved the camp and is looking forward to returning next year for the entire two weeks. The level of coaching and one on one attention is just what he needed.

Again, thank you for running such a well organized program. Ian is now more confident he has the skills he will need to get him started for high school."

"Dear Coach Valerey,

I am writing this e-mail hoping that you remember our son Emory Orr from the years 2002-2004 in Pasadena, CA. We moved back to North Carolina in 2004, but you worked with Emory on his soccer game for a couple of years. Also, I believe that he attended one of your camps at UC Santa Barbara in 2005 or 2006. Between the ages of 7-9, Emory participated in your camps and you conducted personal training sessions in the Pasadena area.

Emory has continued to play at the club level and has spent the last 2 years playing for North Mecklenburg Soccer Academy in Charlotte, North Carolina. Emory has really developed into a very technical, left footed player and has played left mid, center mid, and left back over the past several years.

For the entire time that you worked with Emory, you really believed that he could become a solid player and spent alot of time working on the technical aspects of his game. Teresa and I were always impressed with the way you developed Emory's technic for striking the ball and his body alignment and positioning. Emory has never forgotten those developmental years and clearly remembers the direction that you provided him. We believe that it was those early years that you spent with Emory that have allowed him to be as successful as he is today.

Emory has recently turned 17 and is entering his senior year at Ardrey Kell High School in Charlotte, NC. As a result of your initial hard work and Emory's continued dedication to the game, Emory has verbally committed to play soccer at Dartmouth College under Coach Jeff Cook for the 2012 season. As a family, we wanted to let you know that Emory will be playing in college and we wanted to thank you for everything that you did early in his career. We really believe that Emory received the best direction, coaching, and support from you during his formative years which allowed him to become an Academy player.

I know that you have worked with thousands of players, but I think it is always good to hear about success stories. I hope that you get a chance to watch Emory play some time whether it is for North Meck Academy this year or Dartmouth during his college years. If you would like to see some highlight clips from Emory over the past year, please visit Emory's YouTube channel - EmoryOrrSoccer."

Thanks again, Tom & Teresa Orr
