Training Program
At the International
Soccer Camp 2013, youngsters will experience four key elements that
are at the heart of our coaching philosophy. Carefully blended together,
these elements help develop the truly exceptional soccer player. The
camp's daily schedule mixes fun with a rigorous soccer training program.
Unlike most summer soccer camps, players experience a full seven day
program.
|

Skills and Technique
Players become totally comfortable and confident with handling the soccer ball at all times. Technical training includes individual root skills, passing and receiving, dribbling and feints, and shooting.
Tactics and Awareness
An effective player is a thinking player. Individual as well as team tactics are combined to highlight the principles of attack, defense, and team play.
Physical Dimension
Soccer is a physical sport. Areas of focus include fitness and how to reach individual peak levels of physical preparation, nutrition, running, pacing and more.
Phychological Readiness
Players at the highest level know that soccer is a mental game. Our coaching staff provides outstanding mental preparation, emphasizing motivational techniques, leadership training, and team building. This helps young players cope better with outside pressures and prepares them for the next level of play. |
